IT Administrator with French

Role profile / Typical Deliverables

  • You will provide support for information technology users, including counseling and consulting with primary responsibility for four subsidiaries in France (remotely from CZ 90%)
  • You will be responsible for the handling of calls to the hotline
  • You will communicate with group users and suppliers in Czech, English and especially French
  • You will visit France as required
  • You will fulfill the assigned tickets (SW and HW end-user problems) in the ServiceDesk according to approved SLAs
  • You will comply with IT security policies and standards

Job requirements/Experience and Qualification

  • You will become familiar with the appropriate internal company documentation as required and follow the procedures and instructions given in internal documents
  • You will be active user of French, Czech and English
  • MS Windows User Experience
  • You should have ability to bring innovative ideas
  • You should have work enthusiasm and loyalty to the company

Beneficial skills:

  • Vendor certification of the following would be beneficial: ITIL Foundation, MS Windows System Support, VMware, Networking
